To secure your session date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This ensures your date and time are reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session.

Retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they compensate for reserved time and potential lost bookings.

Copyright & Usage

All images created by [Your Name / Business Name] are the intellectual property of the photographer and are protected under copyright law. Copyright remains with the photographer unless explicitly transferred through a separate, written agreement.

Clients receive personal usage rights to their images (unless otherwise agreed upon).

Client Privacy & Portfolio Use

I deeply respect my clients’ comfort and privacy. While I reserve the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, your consent matters.

If you prefer that your images are not shared publicly, please let me know at any time—before or after your session—and I will fully honor your request. My goal is to create work you love while ensuring you feel completely comfortable and respected.
